Shift Pattern: 05:00 AM – 14:00 PM (end time may vary based on operational needs)

Schedule: 5 days out of 7, including weekends (1 in 3 weekends off)

Pay Rate: £14.93 per hour

About the Role

Guided by a voice headset, you’ll navigate the warehouse to pick products accurately, check paperwork, and safely operate handling equipment in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Positions are available in our Ambient and Chiller sections.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Order Picking: Select products accurately using voice-headset instructions to meet daily picking targets.

• Paperwork & Accuracy: Follow instructions carefully and double-check order documentation for complete accuracy.

• Equipment Operation: Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently (full training provided).

• Warehouse Safety: Maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency across Ambient and Chiller departments.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Hardworking & Active: Ready for a physical, fast-paced role in a busy distribution setting.

• Attention to Detail: Strong focus and accuracy when picking stock and checking order details.

• Reliable & Flexible: Dependable work ethic with a positive "can-do" attitude and availability for early 5:00 AM starts.

• No experience required! Comprehensive training on MHE and headset picking is provided.
