Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, positive, and empathetic individual to join our night team as a Care Assistant. In this rewarding role, you will be at the heart of making a genuine difference, providing reassuring personal, social, and emotional care throughout the night to ensure our residents feel safe, valued, and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with a high standard of personal, social, and emotional care tailored to their individual needs.
Support nurses and senior care assistants in monitoring residents overnight and accurately reporting any changes.
Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and external healthcare professionals.
Embrace modern digital care systems that streamline workflows and allow you to focus entirely on resident wellbeing.
