Position: Catering Assistant (Full-Time)
Salary: Annual base salary of £25,565 + £1,200 location allowance
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Shift pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 4 days a week from 08:00 AM to 18:00 PM including alternate weekends. Sponsorship is not available).

What You Will Be Doing
Assist the catering staff with the preparation and cooking of daily meals in strict accordance with company policies and hygiene procedures.
Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously to service users, staff, and visitors.
Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness across the kitchen and associated areas, adhering to COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
Support food storage procedures, stock rotation, and delivery handling while collaborating with the wider team, including dietitians, regarding dietary requirements.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working within a similar catering or kitchen environment.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Foundational knowledge of COSHH and HACCP food safety standards.
A relevant catering qualification is desirable but not essential.

Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst, West Sussex (GU29 9JP) provides specialist care and treatment to restore healthy body weights and address psychological challenges for individuals with eating disorders. The hospital features 12 comfortable en-suite bedrooms alongside extensive communal spaces, a therapy kitchen, and a lovely cottage-style garden.
