Job Title: Digital Designer
Location: Victory House, Brighton
Rate of Pay: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) - 9 Months, Full-Time (35 hours per week, Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office)
We are partnering with Bupa Global in Brighton to find a talented and creative Digital Designer on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Working within the Marketing and Digital Team, you will create impactful digital content across email, web, and social channels that supports customer engagement, brand growth, and business performance.
As a Digital Designer through Supportive Bridge, you will join a collaborative design team where creativity, customer experience, and innovation are at the heart of everything you do, helping deliver consistent brand experiences while enjoying a flexible hybrid working model.
Create high-quality digital content across email marketing, website landing pages, digital banners, and social media channels.
Support the delivery of creative digital campaigns and business-as-usual content to drive customer engagement, growth, and retention.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and provide creative input and recommendations.
Use customer insights, data, and analytics to inform design decisions and improve digital performance.
Champion best practice in user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design, accessibility, and brand standards compliance.
Research new technologies, tools, and design trends to bring fresh thinking and continuous improvement to the team.
A degree, qualification, or equivalent experience in a relevant design discipline.
Substantial experience in a digital design role, either in-house or within an agency environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop) and Figma.
A strong grasp of typography, colour, layout, photography, and visual storytelling, with experience creating assets for email, web landing pages, HTML5 banners, and social media.
Excellent attention to detail, strong written and spoken English, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, along with experience interpreting detailed creative briefs, is highly beneficial.
Competitive Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 per annum on a 35-hour full-time contract.
