Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to recruit on behalf of Care UK, an award-winning care provider seeking a dedicated Night Care Assistant to join their team in Edinburgh, UK. This part-time night position requires alternate weekend working and offers comprehensive training and development, making it suitable for both experienced carers and individuals new to the care sector.

In this fulfilling night role, you will deliver compassionate care and support to help residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and independence through the night. Working closely with the care team, you will assist with personal care routines, support individual care plans, and ensure a safe, restful environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with night-time personal care routines, settling, and mobility while promoting personal dignity.

• Collaborate with the care team to maintain and implement tailored care plans according to resident needs.

• Support resident independence and wellbeing in a safe, warm, and homely environment.

Requirements

• A compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented approach dedicated to placing residents at the heart of care delivery.

• Availability to work night shifts on a part-time basis, including alternate weekends.

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for ongoing learning via internal training and coaching.
