Location: Swindon (Regular travel to client sites within and around the Swindon region required; flexibility and potential for weekend work or overnight stays)

Salary: £35,000 per annum + Car Allowance

About The Role Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with a leading facilities management provider to recruit an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join their team in Swindon. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of soft facilities management services to an expanding client base, driving company strategy, managing financial performance, and leading high-performing operational teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement company strategy and review financial forecasts and company targets

• Lead, motivate, and manage your team, providing clear roles, responsibilities, objectives, and KPIs

• Manage performance, attendance, and training, taking guidance from HR where necessary

• Win sufficient new business to meet budget targets and ensure resource optimisation

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contract decision-makers, and staff to aid business development and retention

• Continually improve regional gross profitability through effective estimating, project management, and cost control processes

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, Sustainability, and Quality policies and legislation

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in successfully managing a large team delivering high-value turnover

• Strong commercial awareness and experience in commercial management and reporting on WIP (Work in Progress)

• Knowledge of Health & Safety policies, standards, and CDM regulations

• PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Possession of the IOSH Managing Safely qualification, or a willingness to complete this within the first 3 months of employment

• Full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel, weekend work, and occasional overnights
