Care Assistant (Day)

As a Care Assistant, you will provide physical, emotional, and personal care tailored to each resident's individual preferences. Working alongside a collaborative healthcare team, you will foster companionable relationships with residents and their families while upholding exemplary standards of wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal care routines, including washing, dressing, personal hygiene, and mealtime support.

• Support the creation and updating of personalized care plans to ensure individual needs are met consistently.

Requirements

• A passionate, compassionate, and resident-focused attitude toward social care.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with flexibility for shift patterns.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Elstead, UK.
