Position: Partnership Manager (Permanent Role)
Location: Hybrid Working (with some travel involved)
Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £50,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training, and qualification)
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Circle Health Group—Britain's leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a dynamic Partnership Manager for their Group Business Development department.
This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role. In this strategic position, you will join the Strategic Development and Partnerships team to manage and optimize existing collaborations while onboarding new partners from the initial scoping and negotiation phases right through to contract implementation and ongoing performance reporting.
Partnership Lifecycle Management: Manage, optimise, and scale existing partnerships while actively sourcing and onboarding new strategic partners.
Contract & Negotiation: Handle partnership contract setups, renewals, and deal-closing negotiations, working closely with internal legal and procurement teams to ensure policy compliance.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong working relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders across Circle Health Group.
Performance & Reporting: Partner with insights and data teams to take ownership of partnership tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
Marketing & Strategy Integration: Collaborate with head office and hospital marketing teams to implement effective partner marketing strategies and adapt approaches to maximize value.
Brand Representation: Represent Circle Health Group with current and prospective partners in a compelling, professional, and credible manner.
Education: Educated to degree level.
Experience: Proven background in partnership management, development, and high-level stakeholder relationship management.
Core Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, exceptional contract negotiation skills, and a self-starter attitude.
Presentation Skills: Confident public speaker with strong presentation skills capable of engaging senior-level stakeholders.
Desirable Criteria: Prior experience working within a healthcare setting.
Competitive Pay: Starting salary of up to £50,000.00 per year based on experience, qualifications, and training.
