Location: The Goldbridge Care Home, 3 Kleinwort Close, Haywards Heath, RH16 4XH
Salary: £13.10 per hour
Contract Type: Part-Time (3 x 7.5-hour shifts per week, excluding breaks; flexible with no set days)

We are partnering with The Goldbridge (part of Bupa) to find a friendly and dedicated Hospitality Assistant for a flexible part-time role. In this rewarding position, you will be at the heart of daily life in our care home, ensuring residents enjoy wonderful dining and refreshment experiences while cherishing those special, meaningful moments together.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing excellent, person-centred customer service to all residents, relatives, and visitors.
Ensuring high-quality food presentation at all times, serving meals and refreshing drinks directly to residents in the dining areas or to their rooms.
Maintaining pristine, tidy, and presentable standards in and around the dining areas.
Serving refreshments outside of regular meal times to residents, relatives, and visitors as required.
What You’re Looking For
Previous experience in a customer-facing environment combined with a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
A natural enthusiasm for delivering great service and a strong understanding of how to make residents feel comfortable and at home.
Excellent communication skills, a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude, and a readiness to support the wider team with a warm smile.
