Job Title: Campaign Executive - Communications and Events
Location: Multi-site / Hybrid (Brighton, London, Manchester, Leeds - minimum 1 day per week in the office; may involve periodic international travel)
Salary: £29,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and working pattern)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract, 12–15 months (Full-time at 35 hours/week or part-time at 28 hours/week pro rata)
We are partnering with Bupa Global to find an organised and proactive Campaign Executive - Communications and Events on a 12 to 15-month fixed-term contract. Bupa Global is the international health insurance division of Bupa, dedicated to helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives by providing premium international health coverage and care services around the world.
As a Campaign Executive through Supportive Bridge, you will play a vital role in bringing the Bupa story to life. Working within Bupa Global's Marketing and Engagement team, you will help build stronger relationships with clients, prospects, and intermediary partners through engaging communications and memorable events that strengthen brand reputation and showcase the value of partnering with Bupa.
Create, edit, and share engaging communications across internal and external channels, including email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
Support sales teams with training and communication tools to understand new processes and initiatives.
Manage communication schedules, content libraries, approval processes, team budgets, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
Plan and deliver a high-quality events programme for clients, intermediaries, and key partners—managing registration platforms, attendee data, GDPR compliance, and logistics.
Provide on-site event support, act as a key contact for delegates, speakers, and suppliers, and produce post-event reports to drive future improvements.
Coordinate pre-, during-, and post-event communications, including delegate outreach and social media activity.
Previous experience in marketing, events, or communications, with an understanding of compliance, QA processes, and risk appetites.
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an advanced standard of written and spoken English.
Self-motivated, articulate, and numerate, with an ability to negotiate and align with people at all levels internally and externally.
Exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
Experience working in a regulated environment is helpful, though not essential.
