Swim Instructor (Bank)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join the team at a premier Fitness & Wellbeing facility in West Byfleet, UK. In this role, you will be key to helping members of all ages develop swimming skills, build water confidence, and achieve their health and fitness goals.

Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will deliver engaging swimming lessons on an ad-hoc schedule tailored to your availability. You will foster a safe, positive, and motivating environment for swimmers of varying abilities while adhering to national teaching standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging one-to-one or group swimming lessons structured around the Swim England framework.

• Motivate and inspire swimmers of all ages and skill levels to help them meet their individual aquatic targets.

• Promote facility amenities and membership options to participants and parents while maintaining high pool safety standards.

Requirements

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable, student-focused teaching style.

• Ability to tailor instruction to suit individual learning needs across diverse age groups.
