Are you an entrepreneurial, customer-focused retail leader ready to run a store like your own business? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our national retail client to recruit a dedicated Store Manager for their Morrisons Daily convenience store in Eastleigh.

In this vital leadership role, you will act as the heart of the store, serving customers, supporting colleagues, and championing the local community. You will drive success across commercial performance, team development, operational standards, and local community engagement, ensuring your store is the best place to work and shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial & Customer Performance: Treat the store with an entrepreneurial spirit—seeking innovative ways to improve the commercial offering, drive sales, and manage costs while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

• Team Leadership & Development: Oversee all people activities from recruitment and induction to coaching, talent development, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure rigorous compliance with operational procedures, health, and safety standards to maintain a safe, efficient, and attractive environment.

• Community Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships locally, positioning your store as a trusted neighborhood hub and active community champion.
