Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with The Avalon Centre to source a detail-oriented and dedicated Part-Time Housekeeper. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for some of the most vulnerable people in society, this role is for you.

Working 16 hours per week, you will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at a specialized neurological care centre, ensuring all areas remain spotless and hygienic while helping to change lives for the better.

What You Will Be Doing

• Clean and maintain all areas of the service to an exceptionally high standard, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitor areas.

• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all facility areas remain pristine and safe.

• Maintain hospital security standards by strictly following relevant policies and procedures.

• Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and greet visitors in a professional, welcoming manner.

• Establish and maintain strong, positive working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience within a similar healthcare, clinical, or professional environment.

• A genuine passion for cleaning and a sense of satisfaction from a job well done.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize duties effectively.

• Good communication skills and high attention to detail.

• An efficient, problem-solving approach to day-to-day tasks.

Where You Will Be Working

The Avalon Centre is a purpose-built neurological facility in Swindon for men and women over the age of 18 who have an acquired brain injury. The centre is specifically designed to support individuals with complex, challenging needs who require a specialized neurobehavioral rehabilitation program.
