Live-In Care Assistant (Complex Care)
Location: Swindon, Wiltshire (One-to-one home care)
Schedule: Rotational pattern (typically 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off — equating to 26 weeks a year)
Pay Rate: Daily rates from £134.48 (weekly pay up to £941.36, with an estimated annual earning of up to £24,475.36)

We are currently recruiting dedicated Live-In Care Assistants to support complex care clients in the comfort of their own homes across the Swindon area.

What You Will Do
Provide dedicated one-to-one live-in support, assisting with approximately 11 hours of care throughout the day.
Deliver specialist nurse-led care in partnership with clinical teams, helping clients with complex needs remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
Build a trusted, meaningful relationship with your client, ensuring their daily routines and personal wellbeing are fully supported.
