About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced and visionary Care Home Clinical Lead for Mortain Place Care Home.
In this senior leadership role, you will use your compassion and expertise to spearhead clinical excellence, ensuring all care complies strictly with regulatory frameworks, safeguarding policies, and care plan standards. You will use sound professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions, manage key projects, and elevate care quality to meet every resident's individual needs. Furthermore, you will mentor, coach, and inspire the nursing and care team to keep them up to date with the latest clinical developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the delivery of top-tier, person-centred clinical care in line with all regulations.
Implementing rigorous safeguarding policies and managing the creation and review of care plans.
Making critical clinical decisions and driving clinical improvement projects.
Providing coaching, training, and mentoring to engage and inspire the nursing team.
Ensuring full compliance with clinical policy frameworks and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
About You
To join Barchester as a Care Home Clinical Lead, you will need:
To be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
A teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
Strong experience in gerontology and a deep awareness of clinical policy frameworks.
Proven success in clinical mentorship, performance management, and compassionate nursing leadership.
