Domestic Assistant (Bank)

As a Domestic Assistant, you will work closely with the care and housekeeping teams to clean and sanitize resident bedrooms, communal spaces, and sanitary facilities. Working on a flexible bank basis, you will follow strict health, safety, and COSHH guidelines to preserve a hygienic and pleasant care home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine daily and deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas, floors, and furnishings.

• Dispose of general and clinical waste safely while adhering strictly to COSHH regulations and hygiene standards.

• Restock paper products and essential hygiene dispensers throughout the facility.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage physical tasks in a care home environment.

• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and health and safety practices (desirable).

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Elstead, UK.
