About the Role
As a Stock Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team to prioritize performance targets, manage online order fulfillment, and ensure rapid returns processing. What You Will Do
Team Leadership & Coaching: Support, motivate, and inspire your team to meet performance targets, handle customer returns quickly, and package online orders efficiently.
Back-of-House Management: Partner with store management across all back-of-house operations to ensure clear communication and smooth workflows.
Hands-On Operations: Maintain a practical, hands-on approach by adapting to change and working side-by-side with your team on daily stock processes.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure a safe, highly efficient working environment where all operational targets are met.
