The Role

We are looking for a friendly, hard-working Customer Assistant to join the team in Witney! In this role, no two days are the same. You will be part of a collaborative team, jumping between tasks to keep the store clean, fully stocked, and welcoming for customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome shoppers with a smile and help them with any questions.

• Stock & Merchandising: Work deliveries efficiently and keep the shelves and middle aisles organized.

• Fresh Bakery: Help bake and top up fresh goods to keep the bakery section full.

• Teamwork: Pitch in wherever needed—from handling tills to keeping the store tidy.

What You Need

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, etc., though entry-level applicants are welcome!).

• A positive attitude and the flexibility to handle changing priorities.

• The availability to work early morning shifts.

• Great communication skills and a friendly, helpful manner.

What You’ll Receive

• Hourly Pay: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour.

• Premium Pay: An extra £2.00/hr on bank holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts.
