We are proud to partner with Circle Health Group—Britain’s leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a dedicated Business Services Associate for a 12-month fixed-term contract within the Supplier Reconciliations and Helpdesk team at Circle Business Services in Cheadle.
Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper matching, coding, and authorization in line with group policy.
Deliver accurate transactional data to support management information reporting and drive process improvements in Accounts Payable.
Provide professional customer service by managing high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails from patients, suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders (including insurance companies and NHS Integrated Care Boards).
Take patient payments, resolve complex queries, investigate account discrepancies, and analyze trends to prevent reoccurrence.
Work collaboratively across various areas of the Credit Control department while maintaining compliance with financial regulations, internal audit standards, and data protection rules.
Skills: Strong customer service, interpersonal, numeracy, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using financial systems and Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level), alongside strong technology skills to manage and report data effectively.
Education: GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C / 4 or above.
Experience & Work Style: Ability to manage high-volume workloads, prioritize tasks, meet strict deadlines, and build strong professional relationships. An understanding of invoice processing and accounts payable principles is highly desirable.
