Employment Type: Permanent | Hourly Paid (37.5 Hours per week)
Shift Pattern: Fully flexible Friday–Sunday (including early mornings, late, and weekend cover)

About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Myton Food Group—the manufacturing arm of Morrisons—to find an experienced, enthusiastic Cook for their Flaxby manufacturing site.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping hard-working colleagues fueled by preparing and cooking delicious, hearty meals. From planning varied menus around key events and national celebrations to maintaining top-tier food safety and hygiene standards, you'll deliver fantastic culinary service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking: Cook a wide variety of nutritious, healthy dishes catering to various dietary requirements.
Menu Planning: Plan engaging menus linked to national celebrations and key events.
High Standards: Maintain immaculate quality, hygiene, and food safety standards across the kitchen environment.
Volume Catering: Prepare meals for large volumes of customers (ranging from 200 to 1,500 daily) with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
What We Are Looking For
We are searching for someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves working as part of a team, and has a passion for great food.
Experience: Background in cooking a wide variety of dishes and preparing meals for large volumes of people.
Core Skills: Great time management, clear communication, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications (Preferred): Ideally holds Food Safety Level 2 and is COSHH trained (though full training can be provided if required).
