Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Elysium Healthcare Head Office to source a data-driven and analytical Workforce Insights and Compliance Analyst. In this remote, analytical, and rewarding role, you will monitor contracted hours against actual hours worked, ensuring workforce data is accurate, compliant, and supportive of efficient service delivery across the organization.
Monitor contracted hours against actual hours worked using workforce management, payroll, and reporting systems, ensuring accurate tracking of overtime, additional shifts, TOIL, annual leave, and absences.
Identify and resolve workforce data discrepancies (underworked, overworked, or unrecorded hours), investigating variances with managers and site administrators.
Validate hours submitted for payroll processing, ensuring amendments are completed accurately within deadlines and supporting payroll query resolutions.
Produce regular weekly and monthly workforce compliance reports, highlighting overtime trends, unauthorised hours, absence metrics, and TOIL balances to support operational leadership.
Maintain data quality, strict confidentiality, GDPR compliance, audit trails, and robust document management practices.
Technical Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation); proficiency in workforce/rostering/payroll systems (e.g., Quinyx); and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools (desirable).
Analytical Expertise: Strong numerical capability with the ability to analyse large datasets, spot trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Experience: Proven experience producing management reports, workforce performance metrics, and maintaining audit trails while collaborating effectively with HR, Payroll, and site managers.
This is a remote, home-based position supporting Elysium Healthcare's broader network of over 80 specialist services across England and Wales covering Mental Health, Neurological, Learning Disabilities & Autism, and Children & Education services.
