Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Non-Clinical Unit Manager to join their care home team in Leeds, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to lead a dedicated team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and respectful environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily management of a care unit, mentor team members and help maintain the highest standards of care, ensuring residents' wellbeing, dignity and independence remain at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care and ensure the smooth running of the unit.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing, maintain accurate care records and promote independence and dignity.

• Build strong relationships with residents, families and local healthcare partners while supporting team development.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 5 qualification or significant experience as a Senior Care Assistant with medication administration experience.

• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
