Care Assistant - Bank

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for a Care Assistant - Bank to join the team at Arbrook House Care Home in Esher, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and companionship tailored to residents' individual needs.

• Support residents with nutrition, hydration, and daily wellbeing while promoting independence.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing and maintain accurate care records, reporting any changes appropriately.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a care team.

• Previous care experience or a Health & Social Care qualification is desirable but not essential.
