Position: Lifestyle & Wellness Co-ordinator / Activity Coordinator
Location: Richmond Village Witney, Coral Springs Way, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 5DG
Salary: £12.90 per hour + Excellent Benefits
Contract Type: Part-Time (2 roles available, various shift patterns covering weekdays and weekends between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM)

As an Activity Co-ordinator, you will work within our dynamic Activities Team to get to know our residents, encourage participation, and deliver events that keep them connected with the wider village community. You will help residents pursue their hobbies and live lives they truly love.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify suitable activities for residents through assessment, observation, discussion, and accurate record-keeping.
Liaise with residents, relatives, friends, and colleagues to understand individual interests, abilities, and needs.
Assist the Head of Activities in planning special village events, such as garden parties, musical events, and day trips.
Support residents with art, crafts, music, shopping, reading, and the pursuit of individual hobbies.
Regularly update and advertise the activities programme within the village and local community.
Previous experience working with the elderly and/or vulnerable is advantageous.
A positive, energetic, and empathetic professional with a great sense of humour and a friendly approach.
The ability to motivate residents and build long-lasting professional relationships with colleagues, residents, families, and the local community.
