• Location: Moordale Road, Off Millennium Way, Aycliffe Business Park, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 6BA

• Contract Type: Full Time (40-hour contract, Front shift ambient: 05:00 - 12:30, 5 days out of 7)

• Employment Area: Warehouse

• Pay Rate: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour (Max rate includes £1.50 extra per hour for freezer work at -18°C, plus £2.00/hr for bank holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts between 23:00 - 05:00)

As a Warehouse Operative at Lidl, you’ll make sure our stores receive the right stock precisely when they need it. From picking products via headset to tackling team tasks and managing orders independently, you’ll roll up your sleeves to get the job done and help keep store shelves stocked for thousands of happy customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Multitask efficiently by listening to picking instructions through your headset and carrying them out swiftly.

• Pack a wide variety of products, including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items.

• Ensure all deliveries are perfectly stacked, secure, and correctly handled.

• Report any damaged items promptly to your manager.

• Work independently through your orders to achieve daily targets.
