Location: Cromwell Hospital (High Street Kensington Offices)
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (37.5 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Hybrid working (2 days in the office)

We are partnering with Cromwell Hospital / Bupa to find a dedicated Credit Controller to join their high-performing finance team on a 12-month FTC. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing customer accounts and reducing outstanding debt, ensuring smooth financial operations that directly support world-class healthcare delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts to reduce outstanding balances and resolve aged debt.
Contacting customers via phone, email, and letter to secure timely invoice payments.
Responding to patient and customer account queries with professionalism and empathy.
Investigating account discrepancies and collaborating closely with internal departments and finance teams to resolve disputes.
Preparing accounts for collection or legal referral when necessary and providing regular debt recovery reports.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a credit control role (please make sure this is highlighted on your application!).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to converse smoothly with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for detail and high accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience within a hospital or clinic finance environment is a strong bonus!
