About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Syon Clinic in Middlesex—part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a driven Marketing Officer for their Marketing department.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours a week on a flexible shift pattern. In this key role, you will help execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, drive local open events, support consultant and GP relations, and enhance the clinic's public profile within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Campaign Support: Implement and measure national and clinic-level marketing tactics across digital platforms, social media, websites, and offline channels.

• Events Management: Create annual open event schedules aligned with clinic growth goals, taking the lead on organizing and attending events.

• Consultant & GP Engagement: Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in developing consultant-specific materials and collaborate with the Primary Care Liaison Manager to run GP seminars, study days, and networking events.

• Brand & Studio Coordination: Partner with Circle Health Group's design studio to create effective briefs, manage promotional stock, and comply with media production policies and branding.

• PR & Communications: Assist with local PR and communication initiatives to elevate the profile of the clinic and its medical consultants.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Practical tactical marketing background gained within a multi-stakeholder setting, including digital marketing experience and working with third-party agencies.

• Core Competencies: Strong project management skills, robust analytical capabilities, and thorough knowledge of the marketing communications mix and promotional development.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent influencing abilities, stakeholder management skills, and a collaborative teamworking approach.

• Competitive Pay: Starting salary of up to £30,000.00 per year based on experience, qualifications, and training.
