Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with Aldi to find a dynamic and driven Deputy Store Manager. You will work closely with the Store Manager by training colleagues, perfecting merchandising displays, and hitting vital sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Store Leadership: Take full charge of running the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager (qualifying you for the additional £4.00 per hour running-store premium).

• Customer Excellence: Deliver standout service that consistently goes beyond expectations.

• Team & KPI Support: Support the Store Manager in boosting employee engagement and meeting critical store performance targets.

• Stock & Quality Control: Monitor product quality and manage reliable, consistent stock rotation.

• Financial Oversight: Oversee accurate till cashing up and secure safe deposits.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure Health & Safety and due diligence standards are strictly maintained across the board.

Skills & Experience

• Leadership Background: Proven experience managing teams within fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

• Organizational Skills: Highly skilled in effective time management and cost control.

• Results-Driven: Deeply motivated to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.

• Core Competencies: Strong customer service abilities paired with a sharp eye for operational compliance.

• Industry Background: Previous store management experience is a valuable plus, though not essential.
