About the Role

At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we bridge the gap between motivated talent and rewarding careers. We are currently recruiting customer-focused, hardworking Store Assistants to join a vibrant, fast-paced supermarket team in Tir-y-Berth.

In this varied role, no two days are ever the same. You will be at the heart of daily store operations—helping shoppers, operating tills, stocking shelves, and keeping the store looking exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide friendly, prompt, and efficient service to customers on the store floor.

• Till Operations: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.

• Merchandising & Stocking: Replenish stock, maintain high visual standards, and monitor product quality/freshness.

• Team Operations: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the store runs seamlessly from open to close.

• Experience: Prior retail experience is a plus, but attitude matters most—full training is provided!

Important Note Before You Apply:

Store shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM and finish as late as 10:00 PM (varies by store schedule). Please ensure you have reliable transportation options to cover these hours before applying.
