About this role
As a Care Assistant working flexible day and night shifts, you will deliver essential personal and emotional support to residents tailored to their individual needs. You will work alongside a supportive healthcare team to foster an environment of trust, companionship, and respect for every individual in your care.
Key Responsibilities
Support residents with daily personal care routines, including mobility, washing, dressing, and dietary requirements.
Assist in developing and updating individual care plans to meet changing personal and medical needs.
Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety across both day and night shift patterns.
Requirements
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate social care.
Strong communication skills and flexibility to cover shift patterns.
Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute to the care centre.
