About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (Days), you will empower lives, lead with clinical confidence, and make every shift count. Working within a leading UK care provider environment, your expertise will directly shape personalised care plans, champion resident dignity, and maintain the highest standards of clinical governance for residents with dementia, complex needs, and long-term conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Nurse in Charge: Lead shifts confidently, ensuring safe staffing, smooth clinical operations, and high standards of infection control.
Clinical Excellence: Oversee medication administration, complex care delivery (syringe drivers, catheterisation, PEG feeding, stoma care, and blood sampling), and accurate PCS system record-keeping.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Liaise closely with GPs, external health professionals, and prepare clear MDT reports.
Team Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive learning culture and safe practice.

Qualifications: A nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMC with a valid active PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD). Whether you are newly qualified or highly experienced, we welcome your application.
