About the Role

At Aldi, no two days are ever the same! As a Selector (Chiller Section - Days), you’ll play a critical, hands-on role in keeping warehouse operations moving smoothly. Guided by a headset, you will accurately pick chilled products, verify paperwork, and safely operate handling equipment in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Stock Picking: Use a voice headset to pick products accurately and meet daily performance targets.

• MHE Operation: Safely and efficiently operate Mechanical Handling Equipment (full training provided).

• Quality & Admin Checks: Carefully double-check order paperwork and maintain high safety and precision standards.

• Section Duties: Focused primarily in the Chiller section, with potential opportunities across Ambient areas.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Physical & Active: Hardworking, energetic, and comfortable in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting.

• Attention to Detail: Precise and thorough when picking stock and verifying order accuracy.

• Reliable & Adaptable: Dependable, flexible, and bringing a positive "can-do" attitude every day.

• No experience required! Full training is provided on all equipment and processes.
