Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays (Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)
Salary: £38,800 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

We are partnering with Bupa to find a digital-focused Customer Journey Consultant for their team at Bupa Place in Salford Quays. In this exciting role, you will lead the optimization of key digital customer experiences across bupa.co.uk, utilizing analytics, testing, and customer insights to help customers seamlessly access the products and services they need.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the optimization of key digital customer journeys to drive commercial value and improve online engagement.
Using customer analytics and research to identify conversion opportunities and prioritize optimization backlogs.
Planning and executing website testing and experimentation programmes (such as A/B testing, content improvements, and journey enhancements).
Collaborating closely with UX, Content, Analytics, and Development teams to create clear briefs and requirements.
Monitoring journey performance, turning data insights into actionable recommendations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For
At least 18 months of experience in a digital, ecommerce, optimization, or customer journey role.
Strong working knowledge of web analytics, UX, web development, and tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Google Analytics.
Proven experience in website optimization, experimentation, or digital project delivery.
Desirable: A degree-level qualification (preferably data-related) or prior experience in regulated digital environments like healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
