Live-In Care Assistant (Complex Care / Companion)
Location: Hove, Brighton and surrounding areas (Live-in placement)
Schedule: Rotational pattern (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off — equating to 26 weeks a year)
Pay Rate: £135 per day (£945 weekly, with an estimated annual earning of up to £24,570)
Are you an experienced, calm, and spiritual live-in carer local to the Hove or Brighton area looking for a truly unique role? We are currently recruiting a dedicated Live-In Care Assistant to support an older woman living with MS and COPD as she transitions back home, bringing reassurance, a calming energy, and a shared passion for crystals and tarot cards! (Note: You must also be comfortable around her beloved dog, who she adores like a child.)
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we walk right alongside you through every step of the application process—helping you polish your CV, preparing you for success, and ensuring a smooth, stress-free transition into your new role.
Provide dedicated one-to-one live-in support, assisting with approximately 11 hours of care throughout the day.
Offer a genuinely calming presence, natural patience, and wonderful reassurance to help ease the client's anxiety about returning home.
Act as a true companion—sharing in her spiritual interests (like crystals and tarot cards) and helping care for her adored dog in a warm, friendly home environment.
Excellent daily pay rate of £135 per day (£945 weekly), leading to an estimated annual income of up to £24,570 working a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off pattern.
