About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Twilight Warehouse Selector for the Bathgate Distribution Centre.

As part of a friendly, close-knit depot team, you will pick stock for specific stores and load pallets ready for transport drivers. Working late afternoon into the early morning hours across either our Ambient or Chiller departments, Twilight Selectors ensure products move smoothly out of the depot and onto store shelves every single day.

Detailed Key Responsibilities

• Voice-Directed Order Picking: Wear a headset system to receive live instructions, selecting correct items and store quantities at a fast, efficient pace.

• Pallet Building: Load picked products neatly and securely onto pallets, organizing items for safe driver transport.

• Detail-Oriented Verification: Pay close attention to essential store numbers and verify paperwork accuracy prior to dispatch.

• Cold/Ambient Department Operations: Work comfortably within Ambient or Chiller temperature zones depending on depot operational needs.

• Safety & Quality Standards: Follow all safety guidelines and maintain clean, organised aisle conditions.
