Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with Lidl to find collaborative, determined, and hands-on Customer Assistants.
As a Customer Assistant at Lidl, no two shifts are ever the same! From restocking shelves to operating the tills, you'll stay active and keep the store running smoothly. You'll take pride in going the extra mile to maintain a clean, tidy, and organized shopping environment while delivering exceptional service to every customer who walks through the doors.
Key Responsibilities
Be a Lidl expert, assisting customers with questions, queries, and requests.
Efficiently process and stock new deliveries as they arrive in store.
Deliver passionate, friendly, and top-tier customer service.
Keep the bakery stocked and fresh by baking goods throughout the day.
Expertly merchandise and maintain the popular middle aisles of Non-Food products.
What You’ll Need
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility to start shifts early or finish late as needed.

What You’ll Receive
Competitive hourly pay of £13.45 - £14.45 per hour.
Extra shift enhancements: £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts.
30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata).
