About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a reliable and hands-on Customer Assistant - Replenishment for their Erskine store. Operating in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear daily routines, you will work on the shop floor to ensure shelves are fully stocked with fresh and ambient products so customers can always get what they need, when they need it.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Replenishment: Efficiently stock and merchandise fresh and ambient products across the shop floor following structured routines and timed activities.
Customer Support: Maintain a helpful and friendly approach, stepping in to support shoppers and resolve any queries with a smile.
Cross-Functional Flexibility: Receive training to support other store departments, such as Market Street or Customer Service, helping out wherever you are needed most.
Safety & Standards: Use store equipment safely and follow all process guidelines to keep the shopping environment clean and well-organized.
What We Are Looking For
Availability: Comfortable working early morning shifts starting from 4:00 AM / 5:00 AM (as well as possible backshifts ending up to 11:00 PM).
Age Requirement: Must be over the legal school-leaver age (with certain roles requiring applicants to be 18+ due to health and safety regulations).
Work Ethic: Enjoys staying active, being hands-on, and thriving in a busy, structured workspace.
Team Player: Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn new skills across multiple store functions.
