Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Duty Manager to join their team at Nuneaton Fitness & Wellbeing Club in Nuneaton, UK.
In this role, you will oversee daily club operations, guide shift staff, build strong member relationships, and drive sales targets. Working 16 hours per week, you will play a central role in maintaining operational excellence, conducting facility tours, and ensuring a safe, high-quality environment for all visitors.
Role Description
As a Duty Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day club operations, health and safety management, and member satisfaction. You will lead shift teams by example, guide prospective members through club tours, contribute to sales goals, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene across the facility.
Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with members and resolving inquiries promptly.
Conduct prospective member tours, highlight facility benefits to drive membership sales, and guide floor staff during shifts.
Requirements
Demonstrable sales and customer service experience, ideally within a leisure, commercial, or retail environment.
Strong team leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proactive "can-do" mindset.
Ability to work flexibly across part-time shift rotas while maintaining operational and safety standards.
