As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will work as part of a dedicated team to ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and laundry are consistently maintained throughout the home. Operating in accordance with our standard operating procedures, your work will help ensure exceptional hotel-level service standards for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all cleaning duties efficiently and in accordance with worksheet instructions.
Understand the specific cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, as well as the properties of various cleaning materials, ensuring all areas remain well-presented and in pristine condition.
Ensure that all residents are treated with dignity and respect, always safeguarding their personal space and belongings.

Experience & Knowledge: Practical experience in cleaning or laundry within a public setting, alongside a solid understanding of Health and Safety—particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.

Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
