Location: Atherstone Distribution Centre (with planned transition to Bardon, LE67)

Pay Rate: £18.66 per hour (enhanced rate applies to hours worked between 10:00 PM and 4:00 AM)

Contract Type: Permanent (Minimum 30 hours/week)

About the Role

At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we specialize in connecting hard-working talent with outstanding operational roles. We are currently seeking focused, details-driven Warehouse Pickers to join a fast-paced night shift team based out of the Atherstone Distribution Centre.

As a Warehouse Picker, you will be a crucial link in the supply chain—ensuring store pallets are accurately loaded and ready for distribution so retail shelves stay fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice Picking Operations: Receive order instructions via a headset to accurately select products for specific stores.

• Pallet Building: Securely load picked goods onto designated pallets ready for delivery drivers.

• Attention to Detail: Verify store numbers, item counts, and ensure all accompanying documentation is 100% accurate.

• Teamwork & Safety: Work efficiently with a close-knit night team while adhering to site health and safety standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Sharp Focus & Accuracy: Able to listen closely to audio instructions and manage numbers accurately.

• Physical Readiness: Comfortable with active, physical warehouse work throughout the night shift.

• Reliability: Consistent attendance with a strong work ethic.

⚠️ Important Location & Transport Requirement:

Successful candidates will initially train and support operations at the Atherstone Distribution Centre for up to 12 months. After this period, you will transfer to the Bardon Distribution Centre (LE67). You will need your own reliable transport to travel to these locations. Please consider this requirement before applying.
