About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit friendly, reliable individuals for a Replenishment Customer Assistant role at their store in Dumbarton.

In this active shop floor role, you will help keep shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products. Working in a structured environment with clear routines, you'll make sure customers can always find what they need, when they need it. Flexibility is key, as you will also cross-train to support other departments like Market Street or Customer Service.

(Please note: Applicants must be over the school leaver’s age; some roles may require applicants to be over 18 due to health and safety regulations. Shifts can start from 4:00 AM.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Replenishment: Keep shop floor shelves fully stocked, clean, and tidy with fresh and ambient products.

• Structured Workflows: Operate within clear routines and timed activities to maintain high store standards.

• Customer Support: Assist customers with a friendly approach and help resolve their queries.

• Cross-Functional Teamwork: Train and support other store areas, including Market Street and Customer Service.
