The Role

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? On behalf of our partner client, we are seeking reliable, proactive Store Assistants to join a fast-paced, friendly store team in Stourport.

As a Store Assistant, you’ll be right at the heart of the store. From welcoming shoppers and keeping shelves stocked to handling checkout transactions efficiently, your work will directly contribute to delivering a great shopping experience for the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Provide friendly, prompt, and helpful service to every customer.

• Merchandising & Stock: Receive deliveries, stock shelves efficiently, and check product quality to maintain strong merchandising standards.

• Checkout Operations: Operate tills accurately, securely, and promptly.

• Teamwork: Work alongside colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

• Experience: Previous retail experience is a bonus, but comprehensive training will be provided!

• Shift Times: Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM and finish as late as 10:00 PM (store schedules vary). Please ensure you have reliable transport to get to the Stourport store for these shift times.
