About the Role
As a Home Manager representing Barchester Healthcare through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you will lead one of our premier care homes, serving as the driving force behind our mission to provide the absolute best person-centered care. Backed by over 25 years of industry excellence, you will be empowered with a clear leadership framework while retaining the autonomy to manage your home successfully. You will oversee daily operations, foster strong links within the local community, ensure strict compliance with CQC and safeguarding guidelines, and guide your team to maintain a warm, safe, and thriving environment for residents and their families.
About You
We are looking for an inspirational, resilient, and compassionate leader with a proven track record of commercial and operational success in the care sector.
Experience: Proven track record in care home management, marketing, and occupancy, ideally running a Good or Outstanding rated care home.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and compliance guidelines.
Attributes: Inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centered care, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
