This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a skilled clinical supervisor or first-level Registered Nurse to step into a key leadership role within a supportive social care environment.

Working in partnership with the Registered Manager, the Deputy Manager will take an active role in directing daily operational activities and ensuring that personalized, high-quality care is provided to every resident. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator capable of inspiring care teams while maintaining excellence across all care standards in Elstead, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the care home to maintain high regulatory standards and individualized care plans.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor the care and nursing team to ensure effective operational workflows.

• Build and nurture constructive working relationships with external stakeholders, families, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Active NMC PIN as a qualified RGN, RMN, or RNLD.

• Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience within a health or social care setting.

• Sound knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance and commitment to quality assurance.
