Complex Care Support Worker (HCA)

Location: Godalming, Dunsfold, Surrey (and surrounding areas including Guildford, Woking, and Billingshurst — One-to-one home care)

Hours: Minimum 24 hours per week (Full-time and part-time opportunities available)

Shifts: 13-hour day and night shifts (featuring 12 hours of active care)

Pay Rate: £13.00 – £16.50 per hour (Estimated annual earnings of £26,200 – £28,950 based on average 36-hour weekly patterns)

Are you a compassionate, reliable care assistant with a great sense of humour, looking for a meaningful role where you can forge a genuine, close relationship with your client? We are currently recruiting dedicated support workers to provide specialist one-to-one care for a gentleman living at home with his wife and son in the Godalming and Dunsfold area. (Note: This is dedicated home care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What We Are Looking For

• At least 6 months of professional care experience (complex care experience is highly desirable!).

• A compassionate, patient, reliable, and person-centred approach with strong communication and observational skills.

• Flexibility to work 13-hour day and/or night shifts with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week.

• Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
