About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant with our supportive bridge staffing agency, you will provide hands-on, practical care that makes patients feel supported, comfortable, and safe. Working at Buxton Medical Practice as part of our frontline primary and urgent care teams, you will play an essential role in supporting clinicians, carrying out vital observations, and ensuring every patient's experience is positive and reassuring.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on patient care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety across every interaction.
Carry out essential clinical observations and assist multidisciplinary clinicians during examinations and treatments.
Support the smooth, efficient day-to-day running of the practice through strong teamwork and meticulous attention to detail.
Maintain effective communication with patients, visitors, and colleagues to foster a welcoming, professional environment.
What We’re Looking For
Practical healthcare experience combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or actively working towards it).
A compassionate, patient-centred approach and the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team.
