Job Title: Partner Coordinator (BG & BGLA)
Location: Victory House, Brighton (Hybrid - 2 days a week in the office)
Salary: Starting from £32,400 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
As a Partner Coordinator, you will support vital relationships with service partners who manage healthcare networks, claims, and customer care services globally. Your work will directly impact operational performance and ensure that international customers receive seamless, high-quality care.
Partner Management: Support relationships with a portfolio of service partners and healthcare providers.
Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance through comprehensive reporting, quality reviews, and operational audits.
Query Resolution: Coordinate and follow up on queries to resolve operational issues swiftly and effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with internal teams, service partners, providers, and brokers.
Operational Support: Organize and support regular meetings covering treatment approvals, complex cases, and claims administration.
Process Improvement: Identify and champion improvements that simplify processes and deliver cost-effective, measurable savings.
Compliance: Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements to deliver fair, reliable outcomes for customers.

Qualifications: A Level qualification, NVQ Level 3 in Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Industry Experience: Background in international health insurance, healthcare operations, provider management, or sales support.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, influential approach to stakeholder management.
Analytical Mindset: Good numerical and analytical skills with the ability to review data, spot trends, and make actionable recommendations.
Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills: Fluency in Spanish and prior experience working in a multicultural or international environment are highly advantageous!
