The Opportunity

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Co-op to recruit dedicated Home Delivery Drivers as they introduce their exciting new home delivery service to the Isle of Skye!

In this dynamic role, you won't just be behind the wheel. You'll be the friendly face of the community—delivering shopping directly to customers' doorsteps with care, while also lending a helping hand inside the store when you're not on the road. No CV is needed to apply, and full, paid training is provided from day one!

What You’ll Do

• Pick, Pack & Deliver: Accurately prepare customer orders and deliver them safely and considerately to local doorsteps.

• Vehicle Safety: Conduct daily checks to ensure your delivery vehicle remains safe, compliant, and in top working order.

• In-Store Support: Assist your team on the shop floor by serving customers on the till, restocking shelves, and solving problems when not out on deliveries.

• Community Engagement: Support local store activities, events, and new ways of working alongside a collaborative team.

What You’ll Need

• Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 penalty points.

• Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping people with fantastic communication and relationship-building skills.

• Adaptability: A positive approach to change, problem-solving, and a flexible attitude toward shift work.
