Pay Rate: £12.89 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (30 hours per week)
Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts between 3:00 PM and Midnight
About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with one of the UK’s fastest-growing retailers to find a dedicated Replenishment Supervisor. In this permanent part-time role, you will work closely with the Replenishment Manager to oversee warehouse operations, maintain optimal stock control, and ensure high store fill levels for an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and equip colleagues with the skills and knowledge needed to excel.
Warehouse Management: Support the leadership team in keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all staff adhere strictly to Health & Safety policies and legal requirements.
Customer Focus: Drive a culture centered around delivering outstanding service and maintaining top-tier store standards.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Proven background supervising or managing a small team in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment.
Skills: Strong organizational abilities, quick decision-making, and the ability to think on your feet.
Attitude: A flexible approach, a proactive "can-do" mindset, and an enthusiasm for retail.
