About the Role

At Supportive Bridge Staffing, we specialize in connecting reliable talent with outstanding career opportunities. We are currently recruiting a Stock Assistant on behalf of Aldi for their Bromsgrove (Birmingham Road) store.

In this dynamic, fast-paced role, no two days are the same! You’ll be right at the heart of store operations—ensuring shelves are fully stocked, deliveries are handled efficiently, and shoppers enjoy a seamless experience from the moment they step through the door.

Key Responsibilities

Stock & Replenishment: Unload deliveries, inspect product quality, and restock shelves quickly and neatly.
Maintain High Standards: Quality-check products and remove any items that do not meet Aldi’s high criteria.
Customer Service: Assist shoppers with a friendly, efficient, and approachable attitude.

What We Are Looking For

Great Attitude: Enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to help customers and teammates alike (retail experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude is what counts most!).
Pace & Energy: Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-moving environment to keep availability high for shoppers.
Reliability & Transport: Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM or finish as late as 10:00 PM. Please ensure you have reliable transport to accommodate these shift patterns before applying.
